From 19 February onwards, major facilities of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre including the Concert Hall, Grand Theatre and Studio Theatre will be opened for performances or activities with live audiences and with special seating arrangements. The number of audience members will be limited to half of the original capacity. Consecutive seats will be limited to four and seats will be evenly distributed. Minor facilities such as rehearsal rooms, practice rooms and function rooms will be limited to half of the original capacity. Visitor flows in exhibition facilities will be limited by arranging quotas. Children under 12 are only allowed to enter exhibition facilities when accompanied by an adult. All venue users/audiences are required to put on their own masks and scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code or register their names, contact number and the date and time of the visit before entering the venue. All hiring activities open to the public at outdoor facilities will remain suspended.

The URBTIX outlet and ticket dispensing machines at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre will resume operation together with the reopened venue from 19 February onwards.
Ticket holders of cancelled events are advised to contact the respective event organisers or check their latest announcements on refund arrangements. For events that organisers choose to arrange refunds at URBTIX outlets, details will be announced on the URBTIX webpage in due course.
