With its base at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, the scheme features a series of performances, involving disabled performers, to be held at Piazza and Foyer of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. In addition, a year-long dance training programme will be offered to students of special schools by a professional dance group. Upon completion of the training, participants will stage finale performance at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.
