To enrich the artistic experience of visitors to the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and enhance the Centre as the hub of creative arts, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department will launch a new round of the Arts and Crafts Fair. Talents (individuals and organisations) in painting, calligraphy, photography and various handicraft arts are invited to submit applications.
